Students not attending lessons but staying on school grounds

Dear Ms Woodham
Thank you for your FOI enquiry received on 24^th October. We have checked
our records and reply as follows:
Please provide a breakdown, for each of the last five academic years,
including the current academic year, where a pupil has not attended
lessons but remained on the school grounds. 
The incident details you request below are not recorded separately.
However the number of truancies logged (which includes both on site and
offsite) are as follows:
2022/23 - 65
2021/22 - 133
2020/21 - 89
2019/20 - 2
2018/19 - 3
For each incident please provide:
a)      Where the pupil was found (if this is recorded) not recorded
b)      What, if any, the nature of punishment was not recorded, but the
truancy is logged and a detention is the usual response
c)      What lesson was being missed this information is not recorded
d)      The age of the pupil this information is not recorded against the
incident log
