1. Minutes or notes of meetings of formal departmental or school student/faculty representative or liaison meetings for all UG and taught PG courses from 2011 academic year;

2. Amounts of financial resource exspensed, paid to, paid in kind or granted to any student society affiliated with academic departments and their courses since 2011 academic year; and

3. Student complaint topics made formally to the College since 2011 academic year.

Good Morning,

I am writing in response to your FOI request. Would you be able to clarify if for point number one you have any particular departments in mind? Or would you like the information for all UG and PG courses from 2011 onwards for all departments?

Also, in regards to point number two, are you after financial resources from the School to student societies affiliated with academic departments or financial resources from the Students Union?

If you can please respond to these clarifications we would be grateful.

1. Minutes or notes of meetings of formal departmental or school student/faculty representative or liaison meetings for all UG and taught PG courses from 2011 academic year; There are two zip files, of which one is attached. They are too big to send together so the other will be sent separately.

2. Amounts of financial resource exspensed, paid to, paid in kind or granted to any student society affiliated with academic departments and their courses since 2011 academic year; and We are unable to provide this information within the cost limit set in Section 12 of the Freedom of Information Act due to the decentralised nature of our financial systems.

3. Student complaint topics made formally to the College since 2011 academic year.
