Dear Freedom of Information,

Thank you for this information.

Can you be kind enough to publish the data within the request rather than a Microsoft teams link that I don't have access to?

Additional, I would like to ask for an internal review regarding the decision to withhold the request for the contractual obligations or T's & C's between student representatives and St Mary's University.
There would be nothing to suggest that this would be personal information as it would be generic/general obligations and information that all student representatives would be bound by, therefore, this information wouldn't vary a great deal over the last 10 or so years whoever had been a student representative over those years.

Yours sincerely,

John Clark

May I re-request please?

Dear Freedom of Information,

Can you please send this data in a readable format and not Microsoft Teams?

Yours sincerely,

John Clark

Dear St Mary's University, Twickenham,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of St Mary's University, Twickenham's handling of my FOI request 'Student union representative payments.'.

I have asked for the data in readable format as I don't have Microsoft Teams, additionally there I would like to make an internal review for the refused parts of the original request.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/s...

Yours faithfully,

John Clark

Dear Freedom of Information Officer.

Despite endless communication, appeals and internal reviews, you have failed to provide the information that I have requested under the FOI act.

You are aware that I am assisting a student with a complaint regarding overcharging for accommodation during the first coronavirus lockdown and this case is set to be heard with the Office of the Independent Adjudicator (OIA) in the coming months.

I'm making a formal complaint to the ICO that your public body is refusing to answer my FOI requests in an attempt to not only hide this information from me but in an attempt to delay making this information available to the OIA to support the students case.

Yours sincerely,

John Clark.
