Student Deaths

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Kent Police should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear Kent Police,

I am writing to you under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 to request the following information from the Kent Police.

I am writing to you to enquire about the number of student deaths in the past 5 years. I would also like to kn own how many involved either drugs and/or alcohol and the manner of these deaths.

If it is not possible to provide the information requested due to the information exceeding the cost of compliance limits identified in Section 12, please provide advice and assistance, under the Section 16 obligations of the Act, as to how I can refine my request.
If you can identify any ways that my request could be refined please provide further advice and assistance to indicate this.

I would appreciate it if this information was given to me in the form of an email.
