Student complaints and financial settlements
Dear University of Abertay Dundee,
I would like to request the following information for each of the past five financial years (e.g. 2019–20 through to 2023–24):
1. The number of formal student complaints or academic appeals that resulted in a financial payout—whether due to the complaint being upheld or as part of a financial settlement.
2. The total value of such financial payouts in each year.
If any part of the request is unclear or would trigger a section 12 cost exemption, I would be happy to refine the scope.
