Dear Ms Greencup

Please find below/attached the information held by the University in the
categories you have requested:

1)     Do you give bursaries to your students?

Yes we do give bursaries to students.  We pay a student support package
and an academic achievement bursary.

2)     If yes, how? Please give any examples of how they are given (i.e
cash).

We make the payments to students either onto a University cashless card,
which is called the met card, that they can spend around the University
campus and other third parties, see the following link for more
information: [1]https://www2.mmu.ac.uk/metcard/. Alternatively, we will
make the payment towards their University accommodation fees as an
internal discount direct to their accommodation fees account.

3)     Do you have a policy on this?

Yes.

4)     If yes, please provide a copy.

There are three policies relating to the two schemes.  The student support
package has a full-time and a part-time scheme, hence there are two
policies for this.  All three policies are published on the University
website here: [2]https://www2.finance.mmu.ac.uk/services/...

If you are dissatisfied with this response and wish to appeal our
