Yes the University does.

The cheapest is £134 per week, self-catered shared facilities. The highest
is £224 per week for premium, catered ensuites (food 7 days per week). All
40 week contracts.

 

b) What was the weekly and monthly rent of the cheapest accommodation
offered in the academic year 2023/2024?

 

£124 per week, 40 week contract.

 

c) What was the weekly and monthly rent of the cheapest accommodation
offered in the academic year 2022/2023?

 

£127 per week, 40 week contract.

 

 2. How many student accommodation places do you have this academic year
(2024/2025)?

 

942 in Cardiff Met-owned halls, 1186 with nominations to private
providers.

 

 3. How many undergraduate student offers have you made ahead of this
academic year (2024/2025)?

 

This is in cycle information so we are not able to provide the information
until approximately February 2025.

 

5. Last academic year, how many undergraduate students were unable to
secure a place in the university's student accommodation?

 

942 in Cardiff Met-owned halls.
