Dear Miss Bladon,

Freedom of Information Request RFI-2201-20

Further to your request for information about Staff List - Economy &
Environment, I can tell you the following:

Having considered your request and the information it relates to, a
decision has been made that a partial exemption from disclosure under
Section 40 of the Freedom of information Act (FOIA) is applicable.

Section 40 of the FOIA provides an exemption from the rights to
information if it is personal data as defined in the Data Protections
act. In this instance we believe that the release of staff names below a
senior management level would contravene the first data protection
principle and therefore section 40 (2) is engaged.  The terms of this
exemption stipulate this is an ‘absolute exemption and therefore there is
no requirement to consider the public interest in regards to this.

In line with the above "Senior Management" would include Group
Manager/Head of Service above, please see below a list of staff within
Economy & Environment.

Paul Gordon Director - Resilient Communities
Stephen Snoddy Director-New Art Gallery
Helena Denham District Manager - Libraries
Simon Neilson Executive Director - Economy Environment & Communities
Paul Leighton Group Manager (Road Traffic Network)
Deborah Robinson Head of Exhibitions
Victoria Fletcher Head of Finance and Resources
Kathryn Moreton Head of Highways & Transport
Kevin Storrar Head of Technical Services
Dave Brown  Interim Director of Place & Environment
Neil Taylor Interim Director Regeneration & Economy
Alan Bowley  Interim Head of Clean & Green and Leisure
Chris Berry Interim Head of Planning & Building Control
