I am writing in response to your request dated 16 October 2019.  This has
been dealt with under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

 

You asked for the following information:

 

I would like to request the structure charts for children’s & adults
social care please I would like the following, Names, email addresses,
contact numbers and job title of all Deputy Team Managers, Team Managers &
Service Managers that manage Children & Adults Statutory Social Care
Services within the Local Authority please

 

The Council’s response is set out below:

 

Please see the attached documents.  The names of post holders whose posts
have not been requested have been redacted as they are out of the scope of
this request.

 

Council email addresses follow the convention [first name].[last
name]@kirklees.gov.uk.  The Council’s phone number is 01484 221000 and
there is a voice activated switchboard through which callers can identify
who they wish to speak to.
