I write in response to your recent Freedom of Information request.  Please
find attached and below the Local Authority’s response.

I can confirm that we do hold information that falls within the scope of
your request.  However, In September 2009 the Council took the decision to
not publish direct email or phone numbers for staff but to utilise our
Website and City Contact Centre instead. This move helps to ensure that
customers are always directed to appropriate staff and that email
correspondence is routed appropriately. Also, this decision ensures that
any staff moves do not affect the public's ability to contact the Council
and gain appropriate information.

responsibilities.

The City Contact Centre can be contacted on 01633 656656; calls will be
