Please note:- 

In respect of the lower staff tiers, I confirm that we hold all of the
information you require in respect of all the team members for each area;
however, we are unable to supply it in full. We do not routinely publish
staff positions held or the names of other members of the council below
Head of Service (HOS) level as we feel this constitutes personal
information. The exemption we are relying on is Section 40(2) – personal
information, as detailed in the Data Protection Act 2018; the disclosure
of which would breach the first data protection principle as outlined in
Article 5 of the General Data Protection Regulation.  The exemption
applies because disclosure of this information would not be fair or lawful
and we consider that the individuals have a reasonable expectation of
privacy.   

   

In accordance with the Freedom of Information Act 2000 this email message
