I can confirm that we hold information that falls within the scope of your
request. The answers to your questions have been provided in Red Text

I write to you to request you provide a diagram of the management
structure for both adults and Children's social services for Newport City
council, including the full name of the service managers and line
managers, their job title and their E-mail address/contact details.

The Council does not publish direct contact details for staff below the
level of Head of Service, including email addresses and phone numbers.
Instead, it promotes the use of our website [1]www.newport.gov.uk and City
Contact Centre (telephone (01633) 656656, email at
[2][email address]).  This helps to ensure that customers are always
directed to the appropriate person and that e-mail correspondence is
routed correctly.  It also ensures that any staff moves do not affect the
public's ability to contact the Council and gain appropriate information.
