Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust (NUH) came into being on 1st
April 2006 and assumed responsibility for the services provided by both
the Queen's Medical Centre (QMC) and Nottingham City Hospital NHS Trust
(NCH).

 

Under Section 21 of the Act, we are not required to provide information in
response to a request if it is already reasonably accessible to you. The
information you requested is on the Trust’s website under [1]Meet the
Board | NUH.   If you do not have access to the Internet at home, you may
be able to use facilities at your local public library.
