Further to your Freedom of Information Request, as per your original email, your response from Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is attached.

Consent has not been given for personal information to be disclosed and therefore the Trust relies on section 40 (2) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and this information is refused.
