Dear Severn Trent Plc

1. Please provide sight of all records pertaining to issues and potential issues with the structural integrity of the Howden, Derwent, and Ladybower dams, to include any associated infrastructure.

2. Please provide sight of all records relating to internal communications, and communications with third parties, that include the subject matter of large volume water releases from all reservoirs that feed directly or indirectly into the River Derwent, to include the flood events of November 2019 and February 2020.

3. Please provide all records relating to the flood events emanating from the Alvaston weir (River Derwent - South Derby) in November 2019 and February 2020, to include communications with third parties.
