Dear London Borough of Tower Hamlets,

Thank you for your reply to my FOI request. You state that there is no information relating to structural assessments on Kedge House. This is incorrect information.

Because, in the meantime, I've managed myself to find a report entitled 'Structural Condition Inspection Report Incorporating Limited Intrusive Investigation at Kedge House, Tiller Road, E14 8PS' carried out on 24th January 2018 by Kirk Saunders Association Consulting Engineers, instructed by Hunters Building Consultancy. Project number 6627, Document ref: DO12-A

May I suggest that you update your records accordingly. I'm not entirely sure if the non-disclosure of this document was due to dishonesty or incompetence on your part but either way, I will be reporting this to the ICO.

Yours sincerely,

Danielle Gregory

Ms Gregory

The response should have said this.  Sorry for the incorrect version.

I am writing to advise you that, I reviewed the information contained in
our Acolaid database and filing records which referred me onto our
Laserfiche document records facility. I confirm that we only hold one
application in 1988 in relation to structural investigations or appraisals
on Allonby, Channel and Studland Blocks of Ocean Estate, as attached.

Regards

Jane

Dear Ms Gregory

I have checked again with building control and the council does not hold
any information.  Kedge House is is in the ownership of One Housing and
the report you are referring to must be their information.

Do you still wish to proceed with the review.

Regards
