I refer to your request received by the University on 23 October 2013 (e-mail below).

Individual Departments make arrangements to ensure that the impact on students is minimised and that teaching is delivered at alternative times. The University does not hold any information relating to refunds for classes cancelled due to the impact of industrial action.

In terms of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002, notice is issued under Section 17 (1) that no information is held.

If you are dissatisfied with the way in which your request has been dealt with, you have certain rights, which are set out in the attached leaflet.
