Please provide a list of all street works that commenced in the month of April 2017 and last in excess of 28 days.
Please ensure this information includes the start date, end date (provisional if works are on-going) and the location.

Further to your email dated 23rd May 2017 in respect of ‘street works which lasted more than 28 days’ please be advised that there are no street works that meet your criteria for the period requested.
SWW notes that it is now receiving street work requests on a rolling basis. SWW is entitled to charge for locating and collating this data at a rate of £25.00 per hour in accordance with its current charging scheme for requests for information. However SWW has elected to waive the fee on this occasion but reserves the right to do so in future.

If you are dissatisfied with the handling of your request, you have the right to ask for an internal review. I am writing to request an internal review of South West Water Limited's handling of my FOI request 'Streetworks Request'.
I am still awaiting a response from a request that was made in June 2017.

internal review as we are unable to find a request from you in June this
We have reviewed our mailbox [South West Water request email] and the last
email from you was received on 23rd May 2017 via the What Do they Know
(WDTK) website. This mailbox is not only our direct mailbox but also the
one used by the WDTK site.
Your request of 23rd May 2017 was responded to on the 20th June and both
the request and our response are visible on the WDTK website.
There are no subsequent requests to SWW on this site.
