Dear Sir/Madam, May I be sent all the minutes and papers of the meetings

Board? Also if the annual report is not included then may I also be sent
You request has been considered and the answer to your question is listed
There have been 4 Street Advisory meetings within the timescales you
requested. The dates were:
The minutes and paperwork associated with those meetings are attached.
Please note that some information has been redacted as follows:
o On page 35 of the Street Markets Advisory Board Minutes of the 12th
June 2012 (Section 40(2) - personal information). The name is of a
member of staff below senior management level as such section 40(2)
o On page 2 of the Street Markets Advisory Board Minutes of 23rd
February 2012 (Section 43 commercial interest); and page 16 of the
Street Markets Advisory Board Minutes of 14th November 2012
(again Section 43 commercial interest). The Council asserts that the
information has been redacted as disclosure of which would prejudice
the commercial interests of the organisation and the Council. In
addition third party interests would be affected by the disclosure of
the information. The council asserts that its own interests would be
prejudiced if the information were disclosed as disclosure would
undermine the Council's commercial interests. The Council considers
that the public interest arguments in favour of withholding of the
information outweighs the public interest in its release.

Hello Mr. Haynes,
Thanks for sending these documents out to me. Is there an annual report yet? You may be aware that this was part of the Cabinet agreed June 2010 Street Market Strategy. I ask because it was specifically requested but does not appear to be included in these documents and is not referred to in the body of your reply.
Mr. Jed Keenan
Hello Mr. Keenan,
Apologies that the document was not referred to in the email I sent you. However, I have spoken to the service area and we will be able to supply the annual report next week. Once I receive it I will send on to you.
Dear Mr Keenan,
Further to my email below, please find attached the Annual Report as requested.
