Please can you provide me with the following information:

• How many lighting columns are planned to be replaced within the next 5 years? And how many per year?

• Who is responsible for delivering the work (and provider point of contact)?

• What is the name of the lead officer(s)/main contact(s) overseeing the replacement of street lighting?

• What is the current method used to replace/remove street lighting columns?

• What is the average cost of taking a lighting column down?

• What is the average cost of installing the new lighting column?

• What is the average cost of disconnecting and reconnecting the lighting column?
