Dear Cambridgeshire County Council,

I am requesting all written records for the following:

1) Any documentation or communiques relating to safety, crime, wellbeing, and business/trade related to the County Council proposal to change the operational
lighting times for many County Council owned streetlights.

2) Any other reports or communiques regarding the County Council proposal to change the operational lighting times for many County Council owned streetlights.

3) The total cost of installing and replacing the old street lights with the new energy efficient street lights for owned or operated by Cambridgeshire County Council.

4) The maintenance costs of all Cambridgeshire County Council owned/operated street lights for the past five years, and any projected future costs.

5) The total cost of electricity for Cambridgeshire County Council owned street lighting for the past five years.

6) According to Cambridgeshire County Council's asset and commissioning group the following would apply "The contribution we would request is £12 per street light per full year starting in 2016/17, increasing by inflation in future years, plus a small contribution of £65 per year covering administration of this proposal." I would request any records as to how the figure of £12 per street light and £65 in administration were arrived at or any breakdowns of these figure.

Dear ETE Policy and Business Support,

Thank you for your response, given the time involved in answering all the questions I have simplified my request further to the following questions:

Does the county council posses an impact assessment report or review in the following areas for the reduction in public lighting hours:

1) Crime
2) Safety

This should be within the remit and time frames of a normal data request, if the information needs to be collated from multiple email accounts a more efficient approach would be to ask the department which produces the reports if one exists.
