Dear Hammersmith and Fulham Borough Council,

Under the Freedom of Information Act, I would like to enquire the following information:

1/ Does Hammersmith and Fulham have a Central management system (CMS) to control and monitor its streetlighting?

2/ If yes, who is the vendor of the CMS system and what is the name of the CMS system?
Also how and when this system was procured including the details of the competitive tender process used.

3/ If the answer to question 1/ above is No, please advise if it is the intention of Hammersmith and Fulham to procure a street lighting CMS and if so, when and how the system will be procured under a competitive tender process?

Yours faithfully,

Morgan Christophers
