Street Light Location Data
Dear Merton Borough Council,
Hi my name is Ethan Hetherington and I’m a cartographer at Esri UK currently looking at the distribution of street lights across London Boroughs.
Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I would like to enquire the following information relating to street light location data.
Please could you provide me with the street lighting location data for your area, preferably in a shapefile format.
I was unable to find this online for your borough, but it is available for other boroughs such as Camden (https://opendata.camden.gov.uk/Environme...).
Please could you also provide:
• How many street lights have been changed to LEDs
• The annual cost for running the street lights
Yours faithfully,
Ethan Hetherington
