We are unable to provide a response to question 6 as the information is
exempt from disclosure under Section 40(2) and (3) of the FOIA.  This is
because it is information which relates to identifiable individuals to
whom we have obligations under the Data Protection Act. Disclosure would
risk us being in breach of these obligations and as a result the exemption
on disclosure provided by Section 40 (2) and (3) of the Freedom of
Information Act is engaged.
