Street boundary plan showing defined area of Swindon Borough Council Footway and private land as owed by the Rolleston Arms Commercial Road Swindon.

Swindon Borough Council did not have the information requested.

Dear Swindon Borough Council,
Following my previous complaint and subsequent escalation to level 2 in relation to my accident on the 21/06/2020 I formally request aStreet boundary plan showing the defined area of Swindon Borough Council Footway in relation to private land as owed by the Rolleston Arms Commercial Road Swindon. The reason for this request is that I have now been informed by Swindon Borough Council that the obstacle/hazard that remains in place as of today's date is placed on private land and thus is the responsibility of the custodian of the Rolleston Arm's licenced public house. I await your response. RSVP.

Yours faithfully, Mr. Graham Woodward MIET IENG
