w.t.e (whole time equivalent) dog wardens you employ?             0

3b) if the role of the dog warden has been dispersed to other staff could
you please let me know how many staff undertake dog warden duties and what
proportion of their time in whole time equivalents (w.t.e.) that they
roughly spend on the dog warden's role.              .25

3c)If you do not directly employ any dog wardens and manage this function
via a contract with an external provider could you please confirm the
