Strategic Outline Business Case for A27 East of Lewes

Bill Rogers made this Freedom of Information request to Highways England Company Limited

This request has been closed to new correspondence from the public body. Contact us if you think it ought be re-opened.

The request was partially successful.

Dear Highways England Company Limited,

You have previous withheld the Strategic Outline Business Case and any Options analysis for the A27 East Lewes on a range of grounds (variously your reference 100,311 and 766,488). This document was lodged with the Department for Transport in January 2019.

You will be aware of a decision notice by the ICO, in favour of complainant Gerald Kells, dated 18th February 2020.

Please now provide the full SOB and Options Analysis. The work is clearly complete, and MPs are shaping the debate based on knowledge of the contents that we should be able to see.

Yours faithfully,

Bill Rogers
