Storey housing estate Lansdowne road - housing application.

I’d be grateful if you could help me understand if Storey housing estate, on the old De Monfort site on Lansdowne road consulted the environmental agency when planning approval was sought and then given and if they considered the trees on the road when allowing off street parking and dropped kerbs.
