Subject: Stopping Up Order 
 
We  write  with  regard  to  your  recent  enquiry  for  information  held  by  the  Council  under  the 
provisions of the Environmental Information Regulations 2004.

I am looking to obtain the order and corresponding map to the following, as advertised 
recently in the Newham Recorder: 
 
Stopping up of Highway on Stephenson Street, Canning Town, London E16 
 
 
 
Response 
 
 
Please find attached draft order & plan showing the highway for which a stopping-up 
application is due to be made to Magistrates at Thames Magistrates Court on 4 February 
2025.
