Under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002, I’d like the following information, in reference to nursery, primary and secondary schools.
a) Whether your schools use materials created, or endorsed by, the following organisations:
Stonewall

b) Whether your Council has paid money, or made donations to, these organisations. If so, specify amounts.
c) Can you forward copies of any materials used in your schools.

5 Secondary schools use materials created, or endorsed by,
Stonewall, Mermaids and TIE

Scottish Borders Council have not made any payments to the 3 companies
noted above since the 1st January 2019 to date.

I should advise that you have a right to request a review within 40
working days from the date we respond to your request. You should either

If after the Council’s FOI Advice Group have considered your review and
you are still not happy with the decision you then have a right to appeal
to the Office of the Scottish Information Commissioner, you do this either
