In respect to the contract - Integrated Sexual Health Service across the
boroughs of Hartlepool, Middlesbrough, Redcar and Cleveland and
Stockton-on-Tees.:

• Suppliers who applied for inclusion on each framework/contract and were
successful & not successful at the PQQ & ITT stages

The service provider is HCRG Care Service Limited. We are unable to
provide details of the unsuccessful bidders because this information is
commercially sensitive and therefore exempt under Section 43 of the
Freedom of Information Act 2000.

• Actual spend on this contract/framework (and any sub lots), from the
start of the contract to the current date

Total Paid to date for Stockton is £1,496,214.54

• Start date & duration of framework/contract?

1^st August 2021 to 31 July 2024 (3 years)

• Could you please provide a copy of the service/product specification
given to all bidders for when this contract was last advertised?
