Stockpiling food in a 'no-deal' Brexit

Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs did not have the information requested.

Alexander Daniel

Dear Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs,

I'm emailing to request information under the Freedom of Information Act.

1. Please make available any correspondence between Defra and food or agriculture industry bodies directly relating to the stockpiling of food in the case of a no-deal exit from the European Union.

2. Please make available the names of any industry bodies or companies which have been contacted by Defra, in direct relation to stockpiling food in the case of a no-deal exit from the European Union.

Where possible I would like information to be provided in excel or spreadsheet format.

If it is impossible to answer all of my above questions, either because of time constraints or otherwise, please answer as many of them as possible.

If you require further clarification on the above, or if you are unable to answer my questions, please do not wait until the legally-required time to respond, but contact me as soon as possible.

Yours faithfully,

Alexander Daniel
