Dear Liverpool City Council,
Supply the reason why Liverpool city council has never collected the full 106 fees from:
1/ Fox Street Village ltd, Gary Howard, Lin Mari Ltd, this is long overdue many years, so what seem to be the issue asking for close to £980,000?
Please supply as to why the project in Liverpool Chinatown known as:
2/ North point global ltd, China Town Developments ltd and Great George Street Developments Ltd have never paid one penny either on 106 fees or other outstanding long overdue bills what seems to be the problem with collections?
3/ The outstanding 106 fee on Liverpool Chinatown seems to be at £991,000 is this correct.
4/ Have the group of overseas buyers (Investors) give the Liverpool city council notice of “intent” to serve legal papers to the ‘Liverpool city council’ with regards to this (Chinatown project) failed site, and the role the city council has played over the last five years?
5/ Can the Liverpool city council supply who are the real developers?
behind GGSD Ltd in Chinatown and has this company now offered to pay the full outstanding fees due?
[a] Do the council have a real office address for GGSD Ltd?
[b] Do the council have a real telephone number for GGSD Ltd?
[c} Do the council have any records of a real solicitor that works with and acts for GGSD Ltd?
[ d] When was the last time the Liverpool city council went to the Liverpool Chinatown site and do an inspection with GGSD Ltd and who will be the main contractor for GGSD Ltd
[e] Has the Liverpool city council done any kind of background checks on Mr. Neal Hunter and his links to Prime site developments and Mr. Kerry Tomlinson, if not, why?
