I am writing to request the following documents under the Freedom of Information Act.

Please supply all Information /documents: letters, memos, emails, faxes, records of phone calls, minutes or notes of internal / external meetings including planning notes in relation to planning application(s):

Y12/0742/SH. ERECTION OF A STAINLESS STEEL ARCH WITH STATUE AT BASE, ASSOCIATED DECORATIVE PAVING AND SEATING AREA WITH PLANTING TOGETHER WITH RELOCATION OF EXISTING RAF MEMORIAL AND REMOVAL OF EXISTING DECORATIVE LAMPPOST, FLAG POLE AND BENCHES.
