I suspect the wording on this one may lead to a refusal. Purely a presumption on my part, but I think by definition if it’s in the CFE it’s deemed appropriate.

Perhaps breaking down the specifics of the ages/years at which particular topics or subject matters you’re interested in are approached will help the team know what they’re looking for.

Thanks for sharing and yes indeed we have already requested the breakdown of their age appropriate curriculum which is non statutory of course, even by Education Scotland standards.

We have some figures through for most councils who have socially transitioned children which of course was done with no statutory powers or legislative competence.

West Lothian for example had a total of 10 primary school children socially transitioned and 46 Secondary school children. And of course their is the fact that inaccurate data processing of their ‘assumed’ names and gender is a reserved issue, but it’s ok, the ICO are all in on it with them as well, regardless if it’s not accurate proportionate or reasonable data processing, but imagine getting a receipt from the school for your child and they had denied you knowledge of what they were doing to your child? The head of Education would be in a two and eight about that one. Actually she is but not this council.

https://www.scottishdailyexpress.co.uk/n...

This pretty much sums it all up though.

***The curriculum is not statutory and therefore it is for teachers, headteachers and other professional educational practitioners to decide the development and implementation of the curriculum within the overall framework.***

Thanks for that! Gender assumption based on name, amazing 😔

I guess points for estimating.

Good luck with your data.

I have had a fascinating exchange with Police Scotland Angels. They will not explain what they think is inappropriate about the curriculum,. They will not say what toys are being use, and they have lodged an eye-watering number of requests to almost every authority you can think of in Scotland. I don't know what their end game is with these requests, but clearly it's going to be costing What do they Know an awful lot in terms of bulk on their server if not actual expense.

The Scottish Executive (The Scottish Government), Education Scotland and local Council’s must adhere to cease and desist from engaging in a continued course of conduct of the responsibility and accountability in implementing the Curriculum for Excellence, without legal authority to teach LGBTQ+ to children age 16 and under, in schools, and actively encourage children both primary and secondary to question their natural born gender thereby unlawfully and knowingly engaging in conversion and social transitioning of children by leading them to believe that a boy can become a girl and a girl can become a boy when it is naturally and biologically impossible, and in doing so knowing that the current legislation requires a person to have a gender dysmorphia diagnosis which is a mental health condition.

Since the invoking of the Section 35 of The Scotland Act 1998, it has now been establish that there is a cohort of children now trapped between Education encouragement of conversation of identifying as a different sex that has left children with an actual mental health condition and have inflicted mental harm on these children, and denied parental rights and actively encouraged children to seek their named person, in violation of the Supreme Court Ruling regarding Article 8 of the Human Rights Act 1998:

Right to respect for private and family life
1Everyone has the right to respect for his private and family life, his home and his correspondence.

2There shall be no interference by a public authority with the exercise of this right except such as is in accordance with the law and is necessary in a democratic society in the interests of national security, public safety or the economic well-being of the country, for the prevention of disorder or crime, for the protection of health or morals, or for the protection of the rights and freedoms of others.

Statutory powers and legislation that allows teaching of LGBTQ+ to under 16's per CfE - a Freedom of Information request to East Lothian Council - WhatDoTheyKnow

The Scottish Executive (The Scottish Government), Education Scotland and local Council’s must adhere to cease and desist from engaging in a continued course of conduct of the responsibility and accountability in implementing the ***Curriculum for Excellence*** without legal authority to teach explicit and age-inappropriate sexual health and parenthood (RSHP) education.

By Explicit and inappropriate meaning the teaching of adult sexual conduct (that is not relevant to every adult) to children without the necessary legislation in place and denying parental rights and responsibilities by concealing the true and graphic nature of such practices that have no place in Education.

The themes of sexual acts carried out by minority cohort of adults, and it is not the role of the state to introduce these sexual themes into the child’s development, is purely a role for parents who have parental rights and responsibilities which are being eroded by state interference into private and family life, many parents having been denied their parental rights, again a breach of Article 8 of the Human Rights Act 1998.

Since issuing the non-statutory national guidelines with no legislation or legal competence in place, Scotland’s school children have been unlawfully subjected to indecent and lascivious sex education, immoral themes which are dangerous in introducing innocent children into normalising depraved sexual practices and encouraging and assisting children of both primary and secondary school age to question their gender, progressing to assisting social transition to the extreme.

Without the necessary legislation, councils have used this Government's non-statutory guidance to break the law as it undermines the UK-wide Equality Act, duty of care under the Children's Act 2015, breaches parental rights and responsibilities and also breaks article 8 of the UN Human Rights Act which says "state parties" must undertake to respect the "right of the child to preserve his or her identify, including nationality, name and family relations as recognised by law without unlawful interference.

Since you are now aware of this after giving a quote for the following article in the press

https://www.scottishdailyexpress.co.uk/n...

Breaching law around child safeguarding, parental rights and psychological harm inflicted on children, and schools not being suitably qualified to diagnose gender dysmorphia.

As responded to Suzanne last night.

Dear Suzanne,

If you wanted a quote you should have asked politely.

Our ethos is not exclusive to police wrongdoing, it expands any wrongdoing by the state, including NDPB’s that are imbedding policy into any area of society under the ruse of statutory powers and legislation.

The wrong doing is found in the act of no transparency and imbedding policy as if it is legislation, therefore misleading the public.

I trust this is helpful. All the best again .

Please now cease and desist from your harassment of PSA.
