I am writing to make an open government request for all the
information to which I am entitled under the freedom of information act. In order to assist you with this request, I am outlining my query as specifically as possible. If however this request is too wide or too unclear, I would be grateful if you would contact me as I understand that under the act, you are required to advise and assist requesters.

1. Please advise me under what contractual agreement/arrangement were works awarded to G. Griggs & Sons, Inveresk Mills Industrial Park, Musselburgh, EH21 7UQ, by the Property Conservation Department for Statutory Notice works carried out at 36-38-40 Temple Park Crescent, Edinburgh

2. Please provide a copy of the Tender Report List for the above works.

3. Please provide a breakdown of the items and quantities used for producing the Probable Cost/Tender Document.

4. Please provide the date of order to the above named contractor in document form.

Should you feel that it would assist me please feel free to include any other correspondence in relation to the above contract.
