Dear Department for Exiting the European Union,

In FOI request DEX000056, the Department indicated that it had identified 6,441 statutory instruments that had been made under the European Communities Act 1972 implementing EU law.

I would like to request the full list of the titles and SI numbers of those 6,441 statutory instruments which the Department has identified and, the Departments determination of whether those instruments remain in force or have been repealed (in full or in part).
