Statutory Instrument Practice 5th edition

The request was successful.

Richard Greenhill

Dear National Archives

I understand from today's report by the Parliamentary Joint Committee on Statutory Instruments that the 5th edition of "Statutory Instrument Practice" was produced in May 2017, but it does not seem to be published.

The 4th edition of SIP was dated November 2006 and is published online at http://www.opsi.gov.uk/si/si-practice.doc by OPSI/HMSO, now part of the National Archives. It was formerly available via a webpage on the OPSI website: http://webarchive.nationalarchives.gov.u...

I assume that the new edition is held by the National Archives as FOI authority for the SI Registrar and HMSO.

Accordingly, please provide a URL where the 5th edition of "Statutory Instrument Practice" may be viewed online. If this is not practicable, please email a PDF of the 5th edition.

Yours faithfully

Richard Greenhill
