Statutory equity being used for enforcement since 1873 & 1875 Judicature Acts

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Judicial Office for England and Wales should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear Judicial Office for England and Wales,

Statutory equity being used for enforcement since 1873 & 1875 Judicature Acts

Please provide where the inherent original equity jurisdiction can be found in any of the courts; please list all the courts.

Please do not confuse this with the statutised equity jurisdiction version that has been operating ever since and used for enforcement; judge made opinion minus the equitable principles.

Yours faithfully,

Mr. J. Walters
