Regarding your request for information  under the Freedom of Information

“Can you please list for me all the allotment sites in Brighton and

     Hove which are statutory allotments. Thanks”

    

    Please find set out below the information in response to the above
request:

 

“In response to a similar request, from members of the Brighton & Hove
Allotments Federation committee, the Allotments Service is in the process
of updating its list of statutory and non-statutory allotment sites.  The
list is currently being scrutinised by the council’s legal team to ensure
that it is both accurate and up-to-date.  The BHAF committee have been
advised that a definitive list will available at their next liaison
meeting with the council on Tuesday 12 March.  The legal team will be
working on the list with that deadline in mind.  In order to ensure that
we provide you with the most accurate and up-to-date information we would
ask that you wait until that time when we can forward you a copy of the
revised list.”

A response to this request was sent to you on 24 January 2013 and which explains the availability of the list you require and that it is currently 'work in process' with expected completion by Tuesday 12 March 2013.
