Status of former recreation ground at the bottom of Done Cerce close Dunchurch

The request was partially successful.

Dear Warwickshire County Council,

As I understand it the former recreation ground at the bottom of Done Cerce close, Dunchurch was situated on land leased by Dunchurch Parish Council from Warwickshire County Council.

Around 8 years ago the land was transferred from DPC to WCC. The equipment has since been removed and the land is overgrown.

Can you confirm or correct this understanding mine, Can you tell me why the land was transferred away from DPC to WCC? And why was the equipment removed?

Also are there any future plans for the site?

Regards

Dr Ashley Mills
