Freedom of Information Request Further to your request for information about Estates Management, I can tell you the
following:
• The Estates Vision and Estates Management information will form part of a
combined document that is currently being drafted and reviewed.
• Our asset management plan is currently in year 3 of a 5 year cycle and is attached
for each of our academies.
• Strategic review takes place in our Finance and Resources Committee (FRC), the
FRC then goes on to inform the Trust board. A single strategic review document
is not held as the information is recorded as part of the reports presented to the
FRC. I have attached the Minor Capital Projects report that was presented to the
FRC in June.
Most of the information that we provide in response to Freedom of Information Act 2000
and Environmental Information Regulations 2004 requests will be subject to copyright
protection. In most cases the copyright will be owned by The Mercian Trust. The
copyright in respect of other information may be owned by another person or
