Dear Honley High School, Holmfirth,
I was just wondering how you were getting on with collating the statistics that I asked for under the FOI act on 27th June 2013. I realise that you break for the summer holidays shortly and was wondering if you will be able to respond before you break up.
Yours faithfully,
Geoff
Dear Honley High School, Holmfirth,
Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.
I am writing to request an internal review of Honley High School, Holmfirth's handling of my FOI request 'Stats relating to exclusions and children sent home for the day'.
During the summer holiday 2013 I received a letter by post saying in summary that even though you had the information that you would not publish it because it may be used to identify indivdual pupils from said data.
You have still not complied with this legal FOI request as you have used the cnfidentiality of individual pupils as a copout over publishing FOI data that you do have but maybe embarassing
A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/s...
Yours faithfully,
Geoff

The request was turned down after review by Jan Wallis Govenor because they said that the SEN information was so small that it could be classed as personal data and able to identify individual pupils
