Dear Ministry of Defence,

Please provide the data in reference to how many claims MOD have settled in the past 7 years (or longer if you still have the data) in relation to a failure of 'Duty of Care' to its employees/former employees.
At fault/liable compensation payments. Whether forced through a trial or 'Out of Court'. Thankyou.

If these could be broken down each year and also if employees/former employees were either Military or civilian.
