Dear South Wales Police,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of South Wales Police's handling of my FOI request 'Statistics relating to Hackney Carriages and Private Hire Drivers'.

[I have requested the same details from all 4 police forces in Wales. Gwent & North Wales forces were both able to comply, and Dyfed-Powys asked for clarification on the time scale, yet South Wales Police were unable to do so. I appreciate that I did not state a time scale in the request, and one was requested from Dyfed-Powys Police. IN this instance I requested the information from the last 18 months. Could my request police be reconsidered, when taking into account the request for data from the just the 18 months, as opposed the the last 11 years.

Additionally only details about my request for RTC details have been address, and there has been no mention of the other details relating to criminal offences. which were also requested. I would like this in the same time scale, namely last 18 months ]

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/s...

Yours faithfully,

David James
