Statistics re refurbishments.
Dear Sheffield Homes Limited,
Please supply figures as to how many properties have been completed each month since the cladding scheme began on Hanover/Lansdowne.
How many completed properties have complained of water ingress and from what points of entry?
How many of the completed properties have been signed off by tenants?
What are the 5 major snagging problems with this scheme?
There are constant reports of properties being colder where the fake panelling has been installed. Please provide a technical document illustrating how it should be fixed on, air gaps etc.
How many gutters have been blocked/ overflowed as a direct result of building material left in the gutters?
Has this scheme resolved the issue of water ingress into the building via
1. gutters
2. roofs
3. stairwells
How many properties have reported problems with the communal aerials since they were put in by Wates?
How many have had to be repaired and what has this cost?
