Statistics on Out-of-Country ECAA Application Refusal/Grant Rates
Dear Home Office,
I am a researcher and require this data for my research.
I would like to obtain data on the following:
Part 1:
1. The monthly number of first attempt entry clearance applications made for ECAA Turkish Businessperson Self-Employed out of country for the period covering January 2020 to July 2021. As relevant here, while applications may have been made in December 2020 and decided in June 2021, the data should cover all months of available data;
2. The grant/refusals dates for the period January 2020 to July 2021 for ECAA Turkish Businessperson Self-employed out of country applications (this include applications processed at any VAC);
Part 2:
3. The monthly number of Administrative Review applications submitted for ECAA Turkish Businessperson refusals and the number of refusals/grants;
Part 3:
4. The monthly number of ECAA Turkish Businessperson Self-Employed out of country applications made under the various COVID19 concession schemes covering 15 March 2020 to the present. This covers the period that includes the published 15 December 2020 COVID19 Turkish Businessperson concession scheme.
5. The grant/refusals dates for the applications referred to in Part 3, Question 4 above covering the period March 2020 to the present.
6. The monthly number of Administrative Review applications submitted for ECAA Turkish Businessperson refusals and the number of refusals/grants for applications submitted by ECAA Turkish Businessperson Self-Employed under the various COVID19 concession schemes;
Part 4:
7. Any and all policy statements relating to COVID19 Concessions available for Turkish Businesspersons published by the Home Office, the Home Office of Secretary, the Borders Agency or any other related Government entity. This includes any record of parliamentary commentary, statements or written questions.
Part 5:
8. The Chief Inspector of Immigration has since 2017 advised that the effectiveness of the Administrative Review process for ECAA Turkish Businessperson refusals. This review was publicly announced and appears to be ongoing. I would like to receive an updates or confirmation of the outcome of this review and confirm whether this review is ongoing.
