Dear Her Majesty’s Courts and the Tribunals Service,

1. The number of those who exercised their out of country appeal
right in the courts each year from 2010 through to the most recent year for
which records are held (broken down by appeal type / area, i.e.
entry clearance, removal decision, family visit, etc., so far as
possible);

3. The number of those who exercised their out of country appeal
right whose appeal succeeded in each year from 2010 through to
the most recent year for which records are held (broken down by
appeal type / area, i.e. entry clearance, removal decision, family
visit, etc., so far as possible);

4. The number of those who exercised their out of country appeal
right whose appeal failed in each year from 2010 through to the
most recent year for which records are held;

5. Alternatively, if information relating to absolute numbers is
not held, the respective proportions or percentages are requested.
