Statistics on Means of Escape

Dear Humberside Fire and Rescue Service,

I am writing to request the following information under the Freedom of Information Act relating to the enforcement of Means of Escape under the Regulatory Reform Order 2005.

Please can you provide the information to include the category of organisation to whom the Notice was issued (eg care home, independent living etc):

1. The total number of Alterations Notices related to Means of Escape issued since 2006;
2. The total number of Enforcement Notices related to Means of Escape issued since 2006;
3. The total number of Prohibition Notices related to Means of Escape since 2006;
4. The number of Alterations Notices specifically related to or including Means of Escape for Disabled People since 2006;
5. The number of Enforcement Notices specifically related to or including Means of Escape for Disabled People since 2006;
6. The number of Prohibition Notices specifically related to or including Means of Escape for Disabled People since 2006.
