Statistics on fixed penalties for engines left running

Carmarthenshire County Council did not have the information requested.

I refer to your request for information, which was received on 3^rd
October, 2019 and has been dealt with under the Freedom of Information Act
2000.

The specific information you requested was as follows:

Please provide the number of fixed penalty notices, and the number of
warnings which did not result in the issuing of a notice, issued during
the last three years for vehicles running engines while stationary on a
public road in the Council's area.

 

In response, we do not hold information relevant to your request as the
Police would be responsible for issuing FPN's in these circumstances.
